I received my order as describe, less the gift box. The quality of the chain is eh. The pendant is printed correctly. For reference for everyone else…it came in the mail in a padded, letter sized envelope from China. I ordered in mid October and I agree their communication is non existent.

I am canceling my transaction with the credit card. This company does not answer their phones, emails, etc. I ordered a necklace for my daughter in law over a month ago. No correspondence or communications from them. They are a SCAM

Do NOT order from this company. I ordered 6 weeks ago. I thought it would be plenty of time for a Christmas gift. I still don’t have it. It ships from China and all tracking shows it’s still in China. I have emailed at least 3 times and have not heard from Katie n co at all. They are the worst.
