Very upset. This has happened 3 times to me. i mad and appointment a week early for an alingnment for my car for 3:00p.m dropped car off 15 minutes early. Asked how long they said an hour maybe an hour and thirty min. So i left and walked around corning i came back at 4:15 p.m and went to pay and they said o we forgot. I replied how did you forget i schedualed the appointment i came said i had a 3:00 appointment and you took my keys. This is how poor they conduct there business to all be fair warned if you drop off a car and dont want to wait in there waiting room they will dismiss you. Lost my business and respect.
