I am truly amazed by the level of professionalism and quality work being done at this shop. The entire process is super smooth and easy. Everything was explained nicely, my rental car was available right there and I received so many needed updates while my car was being repaired. Staff is friendly and they make you feel at ease for such a stressful time. My car bumper looks brand new and it is so rewarding to know all BMW parts were used. Also, since I am a person that pays attention to detail, I must say that they know how to go the extra mile in ensuring customers are happy and the likelihood of return is highly likely.I received a care bag that contained: registration holder, a coffee mug, a reusable shopping bag, a key chain, and the extra paint of my car for touch ups ( it even comes with a brush). I even got a free reusable mask! Also car was detailed and I have a new air freshener.I am truly impressed with this experience and I highly recommend this shop for anyone who needs quality repair done.

When I got to the shop, they walked me through the entire process of how they were going to get my car fixed. They not only kept me updated the entire time my car was in the shop, but they also got the car done early! I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to get any work done.
