Extremely unprofessional and rude. The mask mandate in NY was lifted for those vaccinated so tell me why this lady working here has the audacity to ask where my mask is and proceeds to kick me out and tell me to “stay back”. No other worker at the mall or person had anything to say to me. Just so rude and unprofessional. I get it but the mandate to wear a mask was literally lifted like come on. Wish I got her name but she had brown wavy hair with highlights and wearing sunglasses

LOVE THEM ALL!!!!!This company has been in almost every mall I’ve shopped at since I moved to NY and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to shop for my body jewelry.This particular location is my favorite because they have so many different things. I come in with a budget and walk out with a bag full of jewelry that I didn’t even plan on buying.I do have to say since it’s a kiosk and not a piercing shop I was weary enough to shop let alone get pierced and I had an outstanding experience for both.Not only do I know that the products I’m purchasing are great quality, but I also know that NO ONE HAS RETURED THE SAME ITEMS I’M PURCHASING! I’ve shopped at countless stores where they offer refunds and exchanges for body jewelry but not this one! As someone who always fears buying used products, this little kiosk will always be a stop for me when I visit any of the malls they’re in:)
