The sales associate was nice. She did my exchange for another pair of shoes after I had paid 15 dollars to Mail back the shoes I got for Christmas because they were big. Unfortunately another Journeys sent me a mens shoe instead of ladies so I decided to go to this store. I got to exchange them with my receipt and was out of there. No waiting to get in the store or at the register. Thanks for the quick transaction.
