I’m a guy who tends and prefers to buy cars from private individuals. I think I’ve only ever bought two cars from a dealership, although I’ve tried on at least half a dozen other occasions but been disappointed or straight up lied to. But I’m very pleased to say that dealing with Chris and Tommy at Johnson Ford was the best dealership experience I’ve ever had.I communicated with them both via phone, email and text prior to making the trip from NC to AL to purchase a used 2020 Explorer ST. They were prompt with response, accommodating to my overly-detailed requests for information/photos and thankfully I found honest with their description of the vehicle when I got there. To boot, they got me the best interest rate I’d been quoted from a dealership to that point. AND they sent a runner (Hilary), who was also very cordial and helpful, to pick me up from the airport that was more than an hour away. The purchase process was very easy and the quickest I’ve ever experienced. And they both stayed late on a Saturday to get it all done.If I lived locally I would happily recommend their dealership and services to my friends and family. But since I do not, I figured the best thing I could do was give them a very honest and appreciative online review. Thanks again guys, the wife and I are both very pleased with the purchase!

I stoped at Johnson Ford on April 29th with a battery light on with a 2006 f360 pulling a 38 ft trailer went to service department side he was full up on service, I asked if he could diagnose problem ,he went out and found bad alt. Didn’t have one but found one near by, so he got it and installed it with in 1 hrs, what an awesome dealer ship save me a lot of sorrow to I recommend this dealer very much ,
