I love the vibe of the clothes especially the scarves. I have bought a few in beautiful vibrant colors. They are a little pricey but they really add to my wardrobe.

Love the atmosphere at Johnny Was. As soon as you walk in you are greeted and taken care of. I had the best customer service from Miranda, she was so patient and very helpful with all my questions and even suggested a few items out of my comfort zone that I am so in love with.

Terrible experience with these people. Ordered something from the store In Houston and tried to get a tracking number From customer service and it has been impossible! Unanswered emails, phone calls unattended, only able to leave messages through their after hours call centre, have tried to contact them for more than a week already with no success. Reached out to IG thinking they might care but no. They don’t care at all about customers. The social media team only say they will pass on the message but that’s all. At this stage I only want a refund and just move on, but can’t contact them at all. I keep ringing the Houston store and no one ever answers! I went there yesterday and they had left early with a sign advising they left due to issues in downtown (the store is not even close to downtown), the sign said “we will be back tomorrow at 12”, well, still no signs of them. Totally unprofessional! Rude ! And careless. Will never buy from them again and I DON’T recommend them ! I read about other customers saying they had ordered masks from them since a month ago and had not received them, I thought it was because masks are in very high demand (covid 19). They were upset and demanding a refund! My order was not masks, but I should have listened and don’t buy anything at all from these hopeless people. Very expensive mistake mine was !
