Bought a pair of Air Max 270s size 11 less than 24 hours ago. I tried them on and they were a little too big. I went back today and tried to exchange for like a 10, 10 1/2. They claimed these were filthy and couldn’t exchange them. Definitely regret purchasing here. Their return policy is the worst I’ve ever seen and customer service is essentially non existent. I’ve worked service/retail and I can’t stand when people complain over random stuff but this was really upsetting. I spent a lot of money on shoes that don’t even fit.
