I purchased a 2021 GMC Denali Tahoe for my wife a little over a month ago. She literally spilt beans inside her beautiful ride taking Mexican food to the school for Teachers Appreciation Week. The smell was horrible! We dropped her Tahoe off at service to have the carpet replaced throughout as a solid detail didn’t fix it! It was going to take some time to get the carpet in so they gave us a loaner. I received a text the vehicle was ready to pick up 10 + days later and asked if I wanted to have it ran to the body shop for the hail damage. I said it doesn’t have hail damage. They said yes it does it hailed on it here. They waited 3 days after it had been hailed on to tell me. $2500 worth of hail damage! The day we dropped it off they had already taken the seats etc out. I know because they told me as I was there all day because I just bought my second 2021 GMC AT4 Duramax truck from there. So I had purchased 3 (2021) year model vehicles there within one month. When I asked if they were going to fix the hail damage to my wife’s Tahoe they advised I would have to make a claim on my personal insurance for the damage. I couldn’t come up there and move it it didn’t have any seats bolted down because they were waiting for my carpet to come in!!!! They had care, custody and total control of my vehicle!!!! I just wish I would have known it was going to be out in the elements and I would have made different arrangements with the repair. Now I have a brand new Tahoe with hail damage I’m expected to pay for. I asked them if my loaner had gotten hail damage what would have happened and I was told I would be responsible to fix it. I said imagine that!!! So just know if you do buy from there I wouldn’t use them for service as if something happens to your vehicle they will not take care of you. I’m going to let the insurance company and attorneys play this one out. It would have cost less to fix my car than letting this play out but that’s fine. I’ll run with it! I’m just glad it wasn’t my 2020 Corvette. So if they won’t take care of someone that spends $225,000 within a month it speaks volumes on what they will do for others. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!

Do not buy a used vehicle from them. Bought a 2016 Chevrolet 1500 with 95,377 miles on it. I have owned it for 51 days and it completely stopped going into gear. Transmission completely shot which is very uncommon at just under 100,000 miles. There were metal shavings in the transmission. Even if Jerry’s did not know about this, there should be some kind of courtesy warranty like most dealerships provide for 90 days. Jerry’s is zero help and will not even consider splitting the cost of the $4600 new transmission. Spend your money elsewhere.
