Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value Cos we were 5 mins late the girl we met at the reception was very very rude and unprofessional. She was just shouting. Worst place for a session.

Positive: Professionalism Danielle has been taking pictures of my kids since they were newborns. Pre-covid the company had a terrible booking policy. Literally waited for 1-2 hours. At Christmas time, like 2.5 hour wait which is inexcusable. But now, it’s on time and safe. I hope the procedures are kept in place because it’s a pleasure to go there now.
