One dressing room was open, which was nice considering COVID, but there were 8 people in line to try on clothes. And not a single person working there to help the flow nor clean the dressing rooms. Then when checking out same issues. One line at the register with 16, yes I counted, in line. When I checked out, the girl helping couldn’t get a receipt to print. Waited over 10 minutes for a manager to stroll up and help. The Covid protocols to push everyone to one area seems counterproductive.Will not shop here again.

Saw this laptop backpack looked interesting. Have to return for more shopping soon, Penny’s used to be my favorite place to get clothes for Giants. They stopped selling to the big and huge so I stopped buying them. News stories suggest they have rethought that blunder along with some others.

JC Penny’s was great!!…I thought they were going out of business, but not true! The jewelry counter was great!
