Delivery time NOT met and Charged for things I didn’t receive! Super disappointed!I placed an order for someone special. The flowers are beautiful but they we’re almost 3 hours late on delivery time and I was charged for items that I didn’t receive. I was also told that flowers, chocolate, balloon and teddy bear could be left outside if the recipient wasn’t home. If they were there as scheduled that wouldn’t been something that should’ve been mentioned. 1 stars because the flowers was really nice but other than that business wise, it was not professional and over charged! I won’t be doing business with them again and won’t be recommending them to anyone I know either.

Very disappointing. My first impression was not great, but wanted to give this locally owned business a chance. I spent almost $300 for a heart shaped wreath and requested yellow as that was the deceased persons favorite color. When I ordered I specifically asked about the quantity of roses, because I know a lot of places can skimp on these. She stated 18-24 verbally, and very intentionally did not write it down on the order. I understood that there would be other filler flowers and did not expect a full 2 dozen yellow roses (although it’s not unreasonable for the price), but the fact that there were ONLY 8 was a complete insult, not to mention they were all buds, and all of the filler flowers were white, even though I specifically requested yellow. Unfortunately cannot recommend this place, nor will I support it again.

When I called to ask an estimate for delivery they said 2 hours I ordered at 1;30pm and its 4000000;15pm and still no flowers i do not recomend them as they do not deliver at time specifiedI called at 3;38 and they said delivery guy had just left the business where they were to deliver is only 11 minutes away bad service
