We are the same party supply and rental company that has been delivering 5 star service in the peninsula bay area and beyond since 2016. We are glad to inform, that after many customer requests for a walk-in store, our walk-in store is open now for select rentals, balloons (both loose as well as helium filled and retail party supplies. Customer pickup is available for select party rentals and small quantities. There’s no minimum for pickup. All rentals should be pre-booked 48 hours ahead for both delivery or in-store pickup. Order online and choose store pickup or shipping or just walk-in to pickup retail or book rentals.

I can’t say enough great things about Jax Party Supply! From the very beginning, they provided nothing but wonderful, easy customer service and attention. They truly brought my vision to life for my daughters 1st year birthday celebrations. Lisa had so much patience for me and offered great advice. They were a dream to work with. Especially during these COVID times too, they showed up with masks and were completely safe! Beyond that, they are truly talented and did the most beautiful balloon design for my daughter! I highly recommend them!!
