The baked goods are first rate and the coffee is the best I’ve ever tasted.

I went to the bakery in the late afternoon and was very happy to see it open. I had a delicious chicken salad sandwich and my son has a chicken salad. The cornbread that was served with his salad was amazing. I took aLemon bar and a blueberry muffin were excellent! The waitress was cheerful and helpful. She got my order correct. I can’t wait to go back!

The hostess was nice and so was the first girl to get our drinks. However, the drinks were never kept full, had to ask for refills, other tables were getting more attention and more service than we were (maybe because most of our table were younger ones), the food was VERY bland. The country gravy was watery, had no flavor (had to add a lot of salt and pepper to it), the potatoes were not seasoned (had to add a lot of salt and pepper), the only good thing about the food was the toast and softness of the biscuits. You know the experience isn’t great when everyone at the table says, another place next time. It really is a stark contrast from your Atwater location. This experience unfortunately was nothing to write home about nor does it match your other Google reviews.

We always love us some Jantz! Tons of gluten-free options in-store, and also for pre-order. The staff are so gracious, and truly cater to their guests.
