I usually don’t post bad reviews but I had to this time .I went to Sheffield Jack’s and decided to get a meal for me and my daughter we Went in to order because the line was so long when I entered all the cooks including the manager wasn’t wearing any hairnets also one worker came out the office and went straight to get gloves and started preparing food she did not wash her hands first like you required to do very disgusted ,when I got home I noticed there was a long gray hair In my fish sandwich While i was eating , I had to throw the rest of the food away it Literally made me sick to my stomach ‘will never go there again.!!!!!!

Staff is friendly most of the time. Restaurant is clean. Service is so slow. Can’t count on two hands the number of times I’ve waited more than 15 minutes for my food. Arrive BEFORE you actually are ready to eat because you might be waiting for a while.
