We were not hounded or pressured. We were approached and asked if we needed any help. Told the salesman we were just wanting to test some living room set to see what we wanted. When ready, he was available and answered all of our questions. We picked a set on a Tuesday and picked it up on that Friday. Everyone was so nice and friendly. Definitely will purchase again.

Update: so I’m a little upset with this company. I could’ve received the recliner on a Thursday but not the dinette set until the following Saturday, but I chose to wait til the Saturday to get both at the same time so they didn’t have to make 2 trips. I get a call yesterday and am told that I now have to wait til Tuesday! I’m a little heated about this!Went to Ivan’s after the original store didn’t have the table that I wanted from their website and Ivan’s helped me settle on a different table that sits 8 instead of 6. We also found the recliner with all the bells & whistles. The gentleman that helped us was pretty awesome trying to help me match a recliner to the furniture I already have. Right down to the threads. I am so glad we went to check out this place. I came out cheaper with better quality. I also got a free gift
