The store was closed for a couple months. I was pretty upset at first but they have since re-opened and are now under the management of InVite Health Inc. Whereas, apparently, the store was originally a franchise location. Since they have reopened I have been very pleased with the increased customer service and inventory. Before stock was always very thin and I often went to buy something only to find they were out of stock at that store. Now they always have what I need.

Went to the W. Nyack store to use a gift card and they could not find it in their system. I had the gift card receipt and it took 30 minutes for them to verify the gift card validity. I was just standing there waiting for the clerk to call the home office. Ridiculous waste of my time. Get up to speed please!
