I’ve tried to come to this location for a prescription 3 times this week after getting a text that it is ready for pick up. Every single time there has been a line with over 10 people in it… is it time to consider hiring an additional pharmacist???? It’s about to be flu season.

Avoid using this Duane Reade as FedEx Hold at Location if at all possible. I spent all day today trying to track down a package that was marked as delivered to this location, but multiple employees assured me it wasn’t there. They assured me it did not show up in their system as being received, and that they had checked the tapes and there hadn’t been *any FedEx Express delivery that day*. When the package finally was located 5 hours after I was notified of delivery, the story changed: suddenly it turns out it was in their system all along, and they hadn’t actually checked the tapes for the entire day but just for the narrow band of time when the package was reported as delivered. Not to mention that the box had been there the whole time and they somehow failed to see it when they looked for it multiple times. It took me 3 physical visits and pretty much all day on the phone with the sender and with FedEx to get the mystery resolved. Would not recommend!
