This is not a legitimate company. We were sold an alarm system that was well over $700. The system had one issue after another. After several service calls (which they attempted to bill us for) and being forced to purchase additional equipment in attempts to get a working system, we finally canceled and had a new system installed with another reputable company. The new system worked flawlessly from day one.When we approached Sammy Flueta about our grievance via phone and email, we received one response stating he would reach out to us and then nothing further. My husband has made a minimum of three trips by the business office in attempts to resolve this. On the first visit to the office, Sammy stated (with me on speaker phone and my husband present) that he would cancel any amount owed and told my husband to come back the next day to pick up a signed agreement. We went back the next day and the office was closed.My husband has made two additional attempts to get the promised agreement and continuously gets the run around. Sammy is unprofessional and in no way represents a company that values exceptional customer service and integrity.The new company found several high-risk issues when they removed our old hardware installed by Sammy’s team. One being a fire hazard.Save yourself the the headache and chaos of dealing with this company.
