Horrible experience I spent my last to buy a part that I thought I needed try to return it and buy the part that I didn’t need they couldn’t even do that waste of my time $450 down the drain .They express deeply about the deposit but forgot to tell me that they will not refund if it’s wrong.Go to AutoZone or advance auto at least you’ll get your money back if it’s wrong

I’ll start by saying they are knowledgeable and sell quality euro parts. I’m not coming on here to bash them. I’m not complaining about prices. Usually when a lot of people call them it’s because no one else has the part or you want quality so it’s not about price. I’ve been working on euro cars professionally for a long time so I’ve used them a lot. The problem is getting a part warrantied they give you a very hard time and if they sell you the wrong part they blame you. They are pretty good so it’s not super common to get the Wong stuff like auto zone or advance but when your working on euro cars it’s not like domestic cars. A lot of times with euro cars you can have 3 different parts that go to one car and they get pissed if they send the wrong stuff. Other parts stores will say “im sorry I’ll send the correct stuff. We spend a couple hundred grand a year on parts, if it wasn’t such a hassle to deal with them they could be getting a lot of that money. Again I’m not bashing them or telling people not to go there because they do have a good product but come on guys learn some customer service. And it not just me I know a ton of shop owners and shop managers that say the same thing
