I gave many opportunities for iFixGeek to earn a better rating and they continually disappointed me.The months it took to replace the keyboard on my laptop, the difficulty in contacting the store, the sporadic contact and updates, being told to come out and pick up the laptop then arriving only to see the store closed and then having to wait weeks longer to pick up my laptop, the lack of an itemized receipt, and ultimately the price being much higher than discussed with no compensation or even an apology for the trouble means I’m must unfortunately give a 1-star review.This place used to have a great reputation (that’s why I went here instead of many closer locations) but it appears to have fallen off dramatically. I would advise everyone to check the most recent reviews to be certain iFixGeek has corrected their course before trusting them with your business.

Very Happy with the service.i run a local print shop and had Total Hard drive failure I faced a disaster when I needed to restore my Computer HDD from a Windows System Image I had, but it failed and wiped my PC out! with great patience and skill, recovered the System Image and brought my computer back to life. All my important documents were recovered and saved and Computer sent back in full health. I highly recommend iFixgeek Team
