If it’s not on sale/clearance the day you return it. You’re lucky!)•Price Adjustment Policy: If the item you purchased goes on sale within 15 days. Come back the day of it’s on sale with the receipt AND THE ITEM (sometimes pictures with the tag are allowed). This is because if a certain brand is on sale, we cannot tell from just the receipt if your item is part of the sale.•BAGS COST NOW: 25/Paper 49/Reusable – And more coming soon!•NO COUPON: We just clearance half our stock by 75% (hence the we now have a home decor clearance section now)•SEASONAL: If you want decorations come here. However these items we never order… All items are first come first serve!•Special Order/Rain Check: If you want an item but it’s not there’s on the isle, you can do a Special Order with a cashier or CSM. We order the quantity for you and call you when it comes in!•SATURDAY ARE ALWAYS BUSY: Enough Said.•@5:00pm Everyday We count the money in all the used registers one by one, causing a delay in the lines.Cons:•Registers: We originally have 8 registers. However, Due to Covid-19 we can only have 4 open•We can’t Return Broken Online Orders, however if you file it online they will give you either a full refund or reship it for you!•Special Orders still Damaged: We can’t control the truck. If you’ve ever been to a Michael’s, generally the concept is similar. It’s a hobby/craft supply store where the lean is far more heavily on crafts than what one might have more traditionally understood as hobby. Where your hobby shops of old had a higher focus on plastic models, figurines, cards and related materials, these kinds of stores have a wider focus on the larger hobby of crafts. It might be fair to say that it’s a general hobby and craft store.It’s much larger in size than Michael’s and houses a larger array of similar craft items, as well as seasonal, contemporary, American-ish knickknacks.So, like Michael’s you’ll have sections for small scale wooden crafts, different papers, illustration/sketch/painting bits and bobs (oil, watercolor, spray, pentype (Copic, etc)), then on to small books for kids, fabrics, home decoration, some textile and yarn stuffs and then related materials. Fabrics set it apart from Michael’s as I’ve not seen a Michael’s that carries fabric basics. Some leather exists for those who are so inclined. I would say that as a general craft store, it truly excels at being general and not being great at any one specific area.It’s a good place for casual crafters or those looking to target home based small crafts. Those focusing their skills on specifics like leather, plastic models, sewing or have deeper illustration needs may not find this place perfect. But enough exists to get your feet wet on all of those fronts.On that front, I’d say this place is like a Michael and Jo-ann’s store combined…but with slightly fewer Fabrics than Jo-ann’s.The bad–some of the items are horribly overpriced.The good– sales happen often. Though whether you truly save money on the sale vs, say, Amazon is a different story.Good for what it is and for getting the basics when you need them.
