Historic building with GREAT VIEWS of the harbor, port, cruise ships, and sea planes operating from the Warf. Also-Four VERY POPULAR restaurants: 2 seafood restaurants (one seasonal, one year-round), a pizzeria, and Pel’meni, a cash-only Russian dumpling place.-60° North, a VERY GOOD new (2018) Alaskan chaga coffee and tea shop.-Nice large pictures of the historic hanger, seaplane pilots, and seaplane operations.-Gift shops, beauty parlor, lame ice cream, and myriad other offices and businesses.-Never-clean-enough public restrooms.
