I had a rental setup by my insurance and I told the Asian guy that I didn’t want insurance from the rental company since I already had my own insurance. When I went to extend my car for 3 days, he told that he charged me insurance for the 7 days I had the rental. I was annoyed but I let it pass and extended my car for 3 days more and I told him again that I didn’t want the rental company insurance because I have my own insurance. Today I went to return the car and he told me I had to pay $180 for insurance which I told him I didn’t want. He started to say that he has recording, trying to scare me into paying for extra things I didn’t want or asked. I wasn’t the only one there with this problem, 2 African American ladies were there with this same problem of being charged for insurance when they told the Asian guy that they didn’t want insurance because they already had insurance of their own. During this pandemic money has been hard to come for everyone because of work shortage. They are trying to take money from people just like scammers do on online. If I could give negative stars I would. I strongly recommend everyone to find a different rental company because when you come back to return your car you will over charged for things you didn’t want.

Came here to purchase a car. We liked one of the car which we were able to test drive. They didn’t have gas in the car and they didn’t even check to see if they have gas for us to test drive it. The car only said low gas and I thought it was enough to drive a few blocks. The car stopped a few blocks away from Hertz. Luckily the car stopped in-front of a gas station so we pushed the car into the gas station and tried calling Hertz that they were out of gas but no one picked up. We waited a little, hoping they would answer and just ended up put gas in the car and the Hertz representative didn’t want to reimburse for the gas. Definitely no proper customer service at all. The guy didn’t seem like he cared about selling us a car. We told him we want to drive off with a car from the time we got there. They definitely lost a customer. We will not be recommending Hertz at all to anyone.
