Food showed up soaked and the box was ruin so they gave me a free box but they still charged me shipping for my next box?!?!? I’m over them it was great for the first 15 boxes and them it started going downhill. They are really focused on profits.

Hello spoiled produce. Hello missing ingredients, Hello plastic packaging NIGHTmare–every week, every time. This pic demonstrates all three. This was the celery they sent me for a shepherd’s pie; two, brownish, tiny bits of celery–in a huge, plastic bag. By meal prep’s end, you will have a wastebasket-full of plastic, single-serving packaging. You will need to ensure you always have your own garlic, ginger, thyme, green onions, etc., because you can never be confident that they will include them–or, if they do, that they’re not *tiny,* spoiled, or otherwise unusable. The end result meals are good, I will give them that. But including Fresh in their name is really false advertising. And pretending to be eco-friendly just because the cardboard box is recyclable , when there is so, so much plastic packaging in each bag? Ugh.

I tried it because a friend send me a free box. They charged me for shipping, which was understandable, but I had a pretty bad experience with the food quality, and when I tried to cancel the membership, they still charged me. Definitely not recommended.
