I purchased a locally made bottle of Pinot Noir from this store and not sure the manager has a palate. He said it was just tasted it last week and it was nice, it was not a good example. I believe the room is too warm to store wines properly, and of course the walls smell like an old cigar box. Also remember seeing a few bottles of low quality wine mixed in with some known high quality wines, a kind of “something for everyone” approach.

Visiting Monterey for the first time and came across Hellam’s. Great selection of cigars with excellent customer service. The place is spacious with high chairs for customers to enjoy their cigars. The have a good selection of Esteban Carreras
