I want to start by saying that I love their bags. I have been buying them for over 10 years. Lately though I have been disappointed in how I must purchase them. I have had to go to outside vendors to purchase new purses. I can go to the website on release day and find new bags sold out but already posted on outside websites for 3 time the original price. I understand how supply and demand work but my issue comes in when I am told at the store that bags are being only sold online and they will not have any in store. Well good for you Harvey’s you get your money from private resellers but loyal customers are told to ask to be placed on a returned item list and hope they can get a bag and forget it if you have received gift cards for any reason. I have 2 and have yet to use them I hope someday I can but it doesn’t look good. I would never buy or recommend buying a gift card from here its a waste of money and time because you are told to basically stalk their site in hopes of getting something you want. I am disappointed in a company that I have not only personally supported for years but the little harveys cards that come in the new purses I keep in my bags and pass out to anyone who likes my purses because I truly love the product. I will continue to be a customer an do what is suggested by your own staff and try to spend my gift cards but the joy and enjoyment I use to get from receiving your look books for new products is no longer there it just leaves me feeling like a child told to look but don’t touch.
