We had appointment with this company, to work on our boat that we scheduled 6 months in advance. Our boat was in Hoonah and we were going to to take the ferry from Juneau to Hoonah and drive our boat back to Juneau for our scheduled appointment. We Talked to Nate the day before we arrived in Juneau and all was well. The next day, when we flew in, clear from IDAHO, to get there in time to catch the ferry to Hoonah, he text us telling us, that the locals were more important then we were, and that he was not going to do the work because the locals came first. From the day we arrived in Alask. For our scheduled appointment, he refused to answer or return any of our calls from that point on. We had no other reason to be in Juneau or Hoonah other then to get our boat worked on, after waiting 6 months to show up for our pre-scheduled, appointment. BUYER BE WARE!!! If you have an appointment, and/or travel a long way to have this place work on your boat, you will more then likely, be bumped off of their schedule at the last minute, if someone local that they deem MORE important, happens to come along at the last minute. They do not care about you, only the locals, even if you have an appointment.Their attitude is screw you and your appointment.
