I visited Hardware Concepts many times when researching door knobs for my home. Each visit was pleasant, and every interaction was friendly and professional. They know the ins and outs of hardware, and to have a showroom nearby with quality hardware is beyond valuable and not at all comparable to big box hardware. Stop in sometime and have a look. The showroom is beautiful, and you won’t be disappointed.

We were outfitting our new garage cabinets with the same hardware that was used in the kitchen. The help we received was superb and they always followed through with informing us that our order had been received and ready for pick-up. We have gone back many times for other hardware needs. We have always been impressed by the level of service, knowledge of product, and the selection on display.

The employees from this business are the rudest people I’ve ever seen. I saw them unloading equiptment from a yellow truck and the truck was blocking a customer’s car from leaving those parking spot. The Random Customer kindly asked one of the employees to move their truck. The employees yelled from inside the business That guy can go F**K himself! There’s plenty of room for him to move out of that spot! The customer leans out of his car and says Hey, I heard that! And the employee response Ya? Good, now F**K off!Surreal, like out of a movie. Very unprofessional. Don’t go to this business.
