But other than that, great service, and great quality repair.

I think the entire transaction from start to finish was unprofessional.

The young man did a great job replacing the glass on my iPhone 6 Plus.

Came in and dropped off my IPhone X and took about 20 minutes. It’s like brand new now. Highly recommend!

I went in on November 30th with my son’s iPad with a shattered screen (it broke in the first place in a car accident). Richard told me he’d be able to fix the screen for $125 and I could pick it up the next day since they closed in two hours. I then told him I don’t live nearby and wouldn’t be able to leave it overnight and he said he could do it in the 2 hours. I left, and he called me saying he would need to replace the home button and it would cost $50. I said okay even though he didn’t notice that during his initial inspection. I came back when they were supposed to be closing to pick it up and it still wasn’t ready. He said there was a smudge and it wasn’t ready but he would be done soon. I waited for another 2 hours in the small lobby with my toddler and he eventually finished and I paid the $50. Richard was incredibly bothered by the fact that there was a smudge and that the home button was a different color than the screen (white button black iPad) I expressed to him that it was fine, my toddler only uses the iPad to watch TV in the car for our long commute. As soon as I got home I put a child proof case and screen protector on the iPad. By December 8th the screen had a small crack on it again but nothing had happened to it and the screen protector and children’s case showed no signs of damage. The small crack began to spread and I had called Richard and he told me to bring it back in. I made the drive and when I got there he told me it wasn’t his fault and probably happened because we rushed him when he was fixing it the last time. He told me he would replace the screen and the home button for $85 this time. I agreed since he charged me $50 for the button the last time. When my sister picked up the iPad today for me after I left it there yesterday the screen WAS fixed but the home button was still white because he said the black button he had didn’t work. I still paid the full $85. I think the entire transaction from start to finish was unprofessional. We won’t be using this business again in the future and think others should be aware of the bad business practice.

I had my phone fixed by one of the best phone repairman in Greenville if not THE phone repairman to go to. I had a Sony Android phone that most don’t have, so it was extremely rare and I just couldn’t find someone to repair it without it costing me a pretty penny.I really enjoyed this guys great customer service. He is quick to repair, usually repairing the phones within an hour or less, but within reason of course, as there might be other customers waiting for there phones to be repaired. The only time you’d need to wait, is if there’s a part he needs to order that he doesn’t have. Which typically takes a few days. But other than that, great service, and great quality repair. I’m typing on the phone he fixed for me, so I think his service speaks wonders. Please go to him to repair your phone. I recommend it!
