4 stars Only for service. Very attentive and friendly staff. They really seemed like they know what they were doing. Always polite and answered all the questions we had. They even told is we could go ahead to the stage with drums set to have a little photo session while waiting for order to come.Food wasn’t too bad but Also could be better.We ordered from Festival menu that wasn’t there all the time and only limited dates. Overall Menu just was not that impressive. Very few options. Only 2 salads. Cocktails were nice and quite strong!

Tldr: service here is exceptional! Food leaves a lot to be desired and needs to be improved. Cocktails and appetizers taste great.Without the over the top service would rate 3 stars, would only recommend as a drink and appetizer spot.Made a reservation on a Thursday night (glad we did, they were turning people away at the door without one) we were sat immediately and ordered nachos as an appetizer along with a few specialty drinks. The food came promptly and the cocktails were well made. The service was excellent, we were treated very well and the manager was extremely attentive, ensuring we had a great experience.The food experience however was not as great, it was quite bland. Out of all the food items we ordered, the chicken tenders were by and far the best thing on the menu sadly. Everything else seemed to lack seasoning or was overdone. The food was just bland and I cannot recommend eating here. If not for the above and beyond wait staff, I would only rate the restaurant 2 stars, for cleanliness and prompt food service.Factoring in the good tasting appetizers and cocktails, I feel comfortable rating the Hard Rock a 3/5. Because of the frankly wonderful staff, this location earns an extra star, but I strongly caution you from ordering dinner here.

Hard rock cafe .. nice place in Hollywood to have some breakfast away from the loud scene… Cool vibe here… Plenty of seating… Just the bad thing no beer yet… Other than that great place
