My daughter had bought a Portland pressure washer about 6 months ago. She used it once, but it didn’t seems to put out much pressure. We pulled it out to use it a second time and it was completely dead. It must have been defective from the factory. Ventura Harbor Freight told us to bring it in for an exchange or to get her money back. We opted to do an exchange. We hooked it up and it worked great. Only thing is the plastic handle smells like raw oil or tar. I have never had that type of odor come from any product I’ve ever purchased. Wondering if this is toxic. May contact environmental protection agency to check.

I don’t know why I’m rating this place I can’t imagine there’s anyone that hasn’t been here but on that chance there is here’s the deal. Everyone says if you’re not using the tool as a professional this is the place to go the tools are good they have a huge selection of many things related to tools and very reasonably priced. The truth is even the professional can gain quality, well made, tools that will get the job done and most of them can handle a lot of use I suspect maybe sometimes you’ll run across one that can’t but I’m sure it’ll happen so fast that they would refund it or replace it and then you’d have one that lasts so I guess what I’m saying is no matter who you are whether you’re the weekend warrior professional or remodeling your own home you can save a lot of money and a lot of aggravation by shopping here. You definitely should go at least once to get an idea what they have because they can solve a lot more problems than you might think. I don’t know if the fact that it’s a local company Oxnard but it’s very well stocked one of my favorite places to shop
