After spending over $300 in their store, I called them the next day to tell them the cardigan I bought was defective…meaning that one side hung differently on me than the other. I called the next day and spoke to Lauren, who is so sweet and I even bought another pair of shoes over the phone from her! I asked if she could hold me the same cardigan that I had bought the day before so I could just switch out the cardigans as an exchange. When I got there to pick up the shoes I had just bought, I showed the 2 ladies the cardigan and how the measurements were off and how one side was much longer than the other. They were not going to exchange the cardigan for me, even though I had just bought it the day before! They were trying to tell me nothing was wrong with it, when I clearly showed them that the measurements were off on the cardigan! One lady then accused me of even wearing the cardigan and trying to return it, by saying “it looks as if it’s been worn by the pockets”, I had just bought it the day before and it still had tags on it!…there is no way I would ever do anything like that! She said, she was just doing her job and that it was store policy.” Its store policy to accuse someone of wearing an item and trying to return it? They were trying to tell me I was wrong about the cardigan, that one side was not longer than the other, after I had showed them plain as day that it was! Even if the cardigan was even on both sides, I was still in my 10 day period, I still had my receipt, and the tag was still on the cardigan so I should have been able to exchange the cardigans with no problems! Instead, they made me feel like I was not good enough to be in the store after spending over $300!!! I asked to speak to the owner, the lady said, “I’ve already told her and she just left.” The owner has yet to contact me!!! This was my favorite store in Jasper, but because of their rudeness and unprofessional attitudes, I will never step back into this store!!!
