Our son wanted a truck but wasn’t sure what kind. He just knew where he needed to be money-wise since he was going to be making the payments. The service and quick lane deserve 0 stars. I have given them several chances and each time they disappoint. If you have an appt you will definitely not be seen on time. No communication. I understand parts being on back order but they won’t call you at all. Then they will act as if you are crazy for calling them bc they say they will call you if comes in. I waited for several months for a part for a new vehicle. I’m still waiting on one that was ordered in January. In the waiting room another person said she has experienced this multiple times as well. You guys have got to do better.
