The disappointment in another Victorville business has gotten to the point that I now refuse to spend another penny up here because these people have 0 integrity or ethical business practices. I purchased a 259.00 Brazilian human hair wig, only to learn the wig is a human/ Synthetic blend wig that was unable to be colored. I simply threw the wig away because I am certain addressing any of the business owners would be a complete waste of air. They knew exactly what they sold me . I am sharing my experience to help others.
