So I don’t normally leave reviews, but Randy was so patient with me and so friendly ! From the day I first saw this guitar, to the many times I asked to see it from behind the glass display throughout the months, to the day I finally purchased it Randy was there to help me.It was seriously like a journey for me and that sales person was there to help me every step of the way. He flat out helped me pick out my dream guitar. He went above and beyond! Extremely knowledgeable and down to earth guy.I bought this guitar from Guitar center apposed to just going with the usual choice of sweetwater or reverb solely for the fact that I felt like Randy was being genuine with me.Not trying to just sell me or tell me what I wanted to hear. It made my experience that much better, and really grew a bond to this guitar and my idea of this company ! Im going to continue to purchase guitars from this Guitar Center, Sincerely Thomas Rosales !

Not too positive, knowledge of products is not their strong suit. I wanted to buy more than what I did and was basically talked out of it. Plus this location had an eerie feeling like it will be closing for good soon. Inventory seemed to be a bare minimum. Love the store, wish the staff cared more.
