I’ve had some good experiences here, but I usually leave pretty frustrated when I need to stop for something. I’ve been ignored by employees several times and things are lying around out of place with no prices near them (keyboard room especially). Went to get a new synth and none of them but one or two was set up, there was no keyboard amp (just a karaoke. . . thing), and there was no employee in sight to help me except some guys in the guitar section hanging with their friends. I’d rather pay more at a local shop than deal with that.

I’m a Marine, a LEO, and I’ve been a musician for 15+ years. Integrity in sales means a lot to me in general, especially with big purchases. THIS specific Guitar Center should be your last stop for all of your musical instrument needs. If you’re debating between Guitar Center, Sweetwater, Musician’s Friend, or some other dealer, look no further. Long story short, Connor and Alex and their whole team at this GC absolutely bent over backwards to put me onto my dream PRS, and then bent over backwards to give it to me at the lowest price possible, and THEN went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with everything. And they’re just super good dudes. They’re super knowledgeable, and what they don’t know they’ll find out for you, and they absolutely, 100% put customers first. I don’t care if some other store has something a little bit cheaper, I’m getting it from these guys because they’ve been that good to me. And I live in WV by the way. Stop debating, call them right now, and they’ll get you what you’re looking for. I’ve ordered from all the big stores and had fine experiences, but the Huntsville, AL store is my new go-to for all my music needs. I called them on a whim, and I’ve never been so glad I did. Call these guys up, don’t buy from anyone else, you won’t be let down, and if by some chance you are, they’ll bend over backwards to make it right. You won’t find that anywhere else.
