I needed onions and there were only two bags of the ones I wanted, both containing rotting onions. Instead of substituting them with a similar product at the same price, I was told I could buy the more expensive organic ones. If I wanted to spend more money I wouldn’t have gone to a grocery outlet. Then I was told I was being done a favor when they finally agreed to sell me a different bag for the same price. Instead of apologizing for having rotting produce to begin with, they made me feel as though I was the one in the wrong. Not smart business sense. I’d rather pay more somewhere else than be treated this way.
