They don’t mind making you wait for 2 hours while their system catches up, but if their system gives you an error preventing you from checking in, then they refuse to check you in over the phone despite your continued business and great tips. Gloria is the most unprofessional manager I’ve ever met and she will not get another bit of my money . Go to sports clips it’s definitely worth the price increase just for the professionalism alone and they actually take time on your hair versus rushing through it.
