Our business has been doing business with Grand Battery for years. Service has always been ok, as long as you were not in a huge hurry. We recently took a starter over to have it rebuilt and waited on a call to come and get it. One of our employees took a starter, of his own, over to have it rebuilt two days later. He checked on ours and they told him it hasn’t come up to be looked at yet? How, ours was dropped off two days earlier and not touched yet. So he gets a call to go pick his up and now ours is being worked on now. Well fast forward a couple days, now our starter has been lost…….but they can sale us a new one. This is poor customer service, our business has been loyal to this company for at least the ten years I have been here. I will never do business with Grand Battery for work or personal again.

Great place to charge dead battery for free and they’ll be honest to let you know if you need a new battery should you need one.
