Mercedes Jackson is a manager at Goodwill who needs to lose his job. He is terrible at customer service and was extremely rude to people trying to donate. He even cursed at me under his breath and when I asked what did you just say to me he yelled HAVE A NICE DAY. His man is childish and unfit to be a leader at any respectable organization. Goodwill as an organization in the Easy bay has TERRIBLE service.
