He accomplished what others could not. I searched everywhere for someone to fix big faced watches and all of them stated they needed to be sent out. I found this shop and he fixed them all. I washed my gold nugget watch in the washer and dryer until I heard the watch in the dryer. But the damage only was the watch glass crystal was dislodge from the watch but was not broken. I search for a jewelry repair store that could do this kind of repair. This store was the only repair store to take on the challenge with confidence that they could repair, watch which they did. I’m can again sport the watch bam!!!!!

Juan was great! He really saved us, we needed our wedding bands sized in a hurry. He did an amazing job and had them ready the next day. I will be bringing in my watches to have them cleaned and refurbished next and he will be my jeweler for everything moving forward.
