My truck broke down when we were traveling. Gillard Ford was great. They were able to squeeze me in and get us backing the road. Amanda Howell was amazing. Nick Silabent was a great mechanic. He explained everything all the time. Could not ask for better customer service. I would drive to this place now just for there customer service. Thank you!!!

Took my truck in for diagnosis. Was told by Amanda that it would take about a hour. My appointment was at 2pm. Dropped it off at 130pm. Had not heard anything by 4pm so I called. Amanda said technician had no idea and was still working on it. She said it would be tomorrow when we know something. I waited all morning and she called about 1130. She said the technician still did not know anything. He needs 3 more hours to figure it out. So technician had all afternoon and a whole morning and could not figure it out. What good was 3 more hours? Was gonna cost almost $400 for 3 more hours. I called Ford Corporate. They said technician should have put in a hot ticket to Ford. Gilland sucks, will never use them again.
