My two Grandsons (Garrett age 9 and Ryan age 8) went out on Ray Roberts with Chris Howard today in hopes of catching a meal or two of Catfish. Chris was a great guide, great boat, equipment, very knowledgeable and knew right where to go and how to catch the Ray Roberts catfish. In addition he was very patient with Garrett & Ryan – taught them a lot about fishing, casting and answered about a thousand ‘why’ questions for them. Even gave them a lesson in cleaning fish. The conversation on the way home from the lake was mostly centered around ‘Grandpa – when can we go back out fishing with Mr. Chris’ !!!! I’m going to try to get a purchase order to chase some Texoma stripers in September! Thanks Chris – these guys will never forget this (neither will I)!
