Recently upgraded my ring for our 20th anniversary. We bought the stone from George Thompson 10 years ago, and went back to upgrade it. Sue and Connie helped us 10 years ago, and Sue helped us out again this time. Couldn’t be happier with the service she provided. We drove 5 hours to Camarillo and thinking that we have to come back to pick up the ring, to my surprise, Sue hooked us up and got my ring back the same day. Didn’t wait very long at all.
