They had me wait an hour and did not put my name down. And they want me to come back in another 30 mins. The employees are so bad at service and did not even apologize. I love the products and the store, but their customer service is so bad. Even the manager couldn’t even manage the problems. Don’t waste your time.

This place has really expensive sunglasses but the displays and options are amazing. It’d be a dream to be able to afford these. They have cool animatronics of donkeys too!

Beautiful store and such nice staff. I appreciate the appointment system so you can have a more relaxed shopping experience. And I like the Covid safety measure they are taking. The art in this store is amazing! GM did a beautiful job with this store but I look forward to coming back to shop just to keep working with the staff!
