Where is the customer service?? Why does the counter help act like they’re annoyed by our presence?? I’ve been plumbing for 18 years and yes I still need to ask questions, deal with it guy. I just started to mention I have a Kohler flush valve and the guy immediately starts shaking his head and saying “nope, nope, we don’t carry Kohler, not here, no” And I hadn’t even asked my question yet. Get it together fellas, you’re not the only plumbing supply house, you just have convenient locations.

These guys are the real deal. They’re not afraid to miss a buck to make a customer. Have been doing business with this outfit since I was a boy in Walnut Creek some 50 years ago. Theyre still willing to take the time to serve an amateur like me.
