Oceanside Geek squad has slow customer service. Only one person on the floor even though there’s always more than two people waiting.It takes a long time to get the paperwork started and pick up.They don’t answer the phone. I called a few times to check on my laptop and when I left a message there was no call back.They don’t update the website to check on repair service only have the time your product was checked in.

This is for the photography department. Great sales person. He told me they offered a photography class, so I signed up. “Please be sure to call us if you need to reschedule,” he said. So I tried to call to reschedule, I called the main number, I tried different options and guess what???? Exactly! Nobody ever answered. I spent 20 minutes of my precious time trying to get a person to let them know I wouldn’t be able to make it to the one-on-one class (great idea, by the way), but seriously, you need to improve your customer service. It is frustrating to waste time. I know you are busy, but please take care of your customers as you promised to do at the time of the purchase. Now I have a fancy camera I don’t know how to use 🙁 I am not sure I will continue to buy from you…why spend my money in a place that basically does not care :-/ v

I took my MacBook in and Trent was super helpful, tried over and over to update my system. He really took the time and effort to help me until he finally got it ! My issue was “resolved at the table” so it was FREE! Thanks so much for your hard work Trent! I also really appreciate him giving me advice / pointers on what to look for on my new desktop purchase !
