Criminally bad service.Let me start off by saying the in-store techs are nice and helpful. The rest of this operation is severely lacking. It has been over 3 weeks to resolve a simple issue. The most frustrating part is 2 of those 3 weeks nothing has happened as they were waiting for input that I had already provided. I’ve had to call 5 times (each call has been 30+ minutes of my life) and they don’t seem to understand that this laptop is what I use for my job. I can not, in good conscious, recommended buying anything from them

Had a computer issue, they had it for a week and a half. Sold me on buying a new hard-drive but once returned, the original issue was still present. Lacked communication through the whole process.Complete waste of time and money.
