Critical: Quality, Responsiveness I am very displeased with geek squad and will not attempt to use them again. Trust me people, if you have a microsoft problem: Take a break, step away from your computer, come back 20 minutes later, and google microsoft problem. Geek squad will only add to the stress level. You don’t need that.

(Is it fine dining or computer repair?)We went into the store and the staff comes of as snobbish, the guy working the geek squad counter was condescending and rude. Who wants to spend 20 minutes checking in your item?Went to a locally owned computer repair shop. Staff was helpful. Dropped our laptop off to be repaired in under five minutes. Excellent service, agents always willing to help. I used to have to wait in hour long lines for Geek squad help, but now with the new appointment set up (which is super easy to do and you can still be a walk-in and make an appointment in store… they will literally do it for you at the customer service counter) I have my personal time with an agent that no longer feels rushed or put on the back burner.
